Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided it is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging — with the original invoice/electronic receipt — and according to the terms below.
Return & Exchange Policy
Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The original box, manual, all accessories, free gifts, gift cards, and bundled offers must be returned with the product.
- Return or exchange is accepted for all products except CDs, code cards, and inks.
- If the original box is damaged but the product itself is unused, a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Buyer Protection
When you're entitled to a full refund
- Item not delivered: if your order never arrives, you receive a full refund.
- Item not as described: if what arrives is materially different from the listing (wrong model, wrong size, missing parts), you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.
- Damaged on arrival: if the product arrives broken or damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours with photos and we'll refund or replace at no cost to you.
- Verified disputes are resolved by our team within a few business days — you do not have to deal with the courier or seller directly.
Manufacturer Warranty
2-year warranty for manufacturing defects
- If a manufacturing defect appears within 2 years of the purchase date, you are entitled to warranty service through the manufacturer.
- Warranty service is provided according to the manufacturer's own warranty policy — this may be repair, replacement, or a service-center referral depending on the brand.
- Warranty does not cover: misuse, accidental damage, water damage, drops, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage from incompatible accessories.
- Warranty claims require the original invoice and, where applicable, the manufacturer's warranty card.
Refund Duration & Method
- If you received your product(s) from our delivery team, please contact us to arrange the return pickup.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear, depending on the customer's bank.
Non-Returnable Items & When Refund Is NOT Accepted
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances once delivered:
- Perfumes, fragrances, body sprays, and colognes — these CANNOT be returned or refunded once delivered, whether opened or unopened, as we are unable to verify that the product has not been used, sampled, or tampered with. Please choose your fragrance carefully before ordering.
- Personal care, skincare, makeup, cosmetics, hair care, and grooming products.
- Health, hygiene, and intimate-use items.
- Food, beverages, supplements, and any consumable products.
- Earphones, in-ear headphones, and any product that touches the ear or skin.
- Software, digital downloads, code cards, gift cards, activation keys, CDs, and DVDs.
- Inks, toners, and printing papers.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- AS IS products and clearance items sold with a disclosed defect.
- Any product where the original packaging is missing, damaged, or its factory seal is broken.
- Any product that has been opened, used, installed, or fitted.
- Products broken, scratched, or damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accident (assessed by our team).
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery — these cases may be eligible for paid service through the manufacturer if covered by warranty, but not for refund.
